The toolkit: Fair Chance Licensing Reform: Opening Pathways for People with Records to Join Licensed Professions (December ) is intended to provide lawmakers and advocates in states across the country with the resources necessary to set about the work of fair chance licensing reform.   I think that we should give books a fair chance. I have not been in the mood for a book but a second read on a another time makes me like or love a book more. Fair Chance really is the best of the series. I am so happy we finally got more Tucker and Elliot. So happy. Like the other 2 books in this series, Fair Chance has a heavy suspense plot. This book brings us full circle by revisiting and expanding the plot from Fair Game/5.
